What’s your name and where do you live?
Christine Blake. New Malden, SW London, UK.

When did you start listening to TBTL? How did you find the show?
I started listening to TBTL around the time Andrew moved back to Seattle from LA. I found the show through a promo on You Must Remember this back in the day.

How would your friends describe you?
Kind, thoughtful but sharp on occasion. Genetically pre-disposed to enjoy alcohol. Very Scottish considering I haven't actually lived there for *gasp* 40 years.

What was your favorite cereal when you were a kid? Is it still your fav? 
Being British, the cereal choices are probably different from those available to US friends. But I can say without fear of contradiction that, despite being Scottish, I loathe porridge (I think that's oatmeal for you guys).

What food do you love to eat the most of?
Chocolate, every time.

What’s the best or worst nickname you ever had?
Mrs. Paddling Pool. Because I'm shallow, apparently. I mentioned this to my husband who said of course I'm not shallow, I'm fickle. We're still married :-)

If you could play one song on TBTL, what would it be?
Closer to the Heart by Rush, my favourite band of all time.

What’s a special skill you have that you’re most proud of?
Patience. It got me through 30 years plus as a civil servant.

What’s a special skill that you *wish* you had?
I wish I could draw. I know I could learn, but I'd rather develop the skill spontaneously.

If you were driving down the street and you saw Luke and Andrew on the sidewalk, what would you yell at them as you drove past?
“What the heck are you doing in London and why didn't you tell me you were coming??? I'd have made scones.”
