Kelly Shannon. Edmonds, WA.

When did you start listening to TBTL? How did you find the show?
I’ve been listening since the radio days!

How would your friends describe you?
A bit OCD cleaning-wise. A bit of a Martha, as in Martha Stewart. I love gardening and cooking and having fun garden parties. But hopefully, they’d say I’m fun to be around!

What was your favorite cereal when you were a kid? Is it still your fav? 
Grape Nuts. I enjoyed the fact that they ripped my upper mouth to shit! Weird, I know.

What food do you love to eat the most of?
Cheese, cheese and more cheese! Sorry, Andrew.

What’s the best or worst nickname you ever had?
Worst as a kid was Kelly Belly. But as an adult, I love that some of my friends call me Kel Bel. Some even call me Martha. Or Mrs. Brown. (I used to wear a LOT of brown.)

If you could play one song on TBTL, what would it be?
Big White Cloud by John Cale. It’s a song from the early 70’s that was introduced to me by my husband, long ago. It’s so beautiful.

What’s a special skill that you have?
I just recently learned to weave on a floor loom. I never thought I would be able to learn anything creative and artsy at my age, except in the gardening and cooking realm. But I’m really proud of what I’ve created, so far! I’m learn-ding!

What’s a skill you *wish* you had?
I wish I could play a musical instrument. Any. Musical. Instrument.

If you were driving down the street and you saw Luke and Andrew on the sidewalk, what would you yell at them as you drove past?
Two bros, bro-ing it up!
